Due the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you, unfortunately, have an issue with your product, please contact us to discuss your options at hello@squeezenpull.com, please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with the product.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may be possible up until the time the shipping label is generated. All cancellation requests are reviewed by Pots n' Blossoms and
may be denied if the order has already been packed, and or the shipping
label has been generated, and or the parcel has already been dropped
off/collected.
